The Breaking News Network is building networks of local reviewers nationwide. Social media has opened up the whole category of “reviewer” so anybody who understands food and publishes their review on their foodie blog or Yelp can position themselves as a local food critic. Let us know if you’re an expert chronicling your community via your blog or the social media like Yelp, Trip Advisor or Twitter in one of the following categories:
- Food and restaurants
- Performing arts, theater
- Movies
- Tourist attractions, museums
We’re creating review systems that aggregate a city’s reviewers and promote their content. For example, for foodies, we automatically retweet their reviews so their links show up on our Foodie pages:
